VIVIAN NORMAN

Vivian Norman is a learning and development professional with 15 plus years’ experience in designing and developing training programs, curricula, and training materials for companies.

Vivian is also a small business owner and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, who is enthusiastic about teaching and coaching small business owners, self-employed individuals, freelancers, and solopreneurs and helping them establish strong business foundations and manage their business and business finances effectively.

Vivian recently consulted with Interise to update and enhance their StreetWise ‘MBA’ curriculum, which provides small business owners with the business knowledge, management know-how, and the networks needed to grow their businesses.

Vivian served as a coach at Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE)’s Annual Speed Coaching event and provided guidance and advice to small business owners on the following topics:

• Loan Readiness: Loan Requirements, Cash Flow/Forecasting, Financial Management and Credit
• Sources of Funding: Traditional Loans, Micro Loans, Angel Investing and Crowd Funding
• Business Operations: Business Structure, Business Laws & Regulations, Processes, Taxes, and Insurances
