Kagee Consulting is led by Vivian Norman, a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a seasoned Learning and Development professional. Vivian has over 15 years of experience in designing and developing comprehensive training programs, curricula, and materials for a wide range of organizations.
The foundation of our mission is deeply personal. While managing her own business bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Vivian quickly realized that leveraging the software efficiently was essential for financial control and success. This personal insight was tragically reinforced by her husband’s perspective as a banker during the turbulent COVID-19 period. He frequently expressed frustration that many deserving small businesses did not qualify for vital loans because their business financials were not accurately or consistently in order.
Driven by this critical need, Vivian transitioned away from the corporate world. In 2023, she formally launched Kagee Consulting, combining her instructional design skills with practical financial management knowledge and QuickBooks expertise. Her mission is clear: to help businesses establish proper business financial foundations and prevent unnecessary financial confusion and missed opportunities.
